Learning Objectives
After completing this activity, participants should be better able to:
- Examine the effect of SDOH and disparities on anticoagulation prescribing and adherence in NVAF
- Identify SDOH that affect outcomes in cardiovascular and NVAF management
- Apply strategies to address SDOH in clinical practice to improve the management of NVAF
Target Audience
This program is intended for cardiologists, primary care physicians, PAs, NPs, and other healthcare professionals who care for patients with NVAF.
