Gastroenterology, allergy, and primary care NPs and PAs who care for patients with eosinophilic esophagitis.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Describe key elements of EoE pathophysiology

  • Identify patients with EoE early in the course of disease using evidence-based guidelines and diagnostic criteria

  • Evaluate current and emerging treatments based on their impact on disease outcomes in patients with EoE

  • Integrate strategies to effectively transition adolescent and young adult patients with EoE from pediatric to adult care
