Program Description
The 63rd American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting and Exposition, held from December 11-14, 2021 in Atlanta, Georgia, is the world’s premier event in hematology—both malignant and nonmalignant. Even though the ASH Annual Meeting regularly features important studies that are crucial for improving patient care, keeping up with all the advances—and knowing how and when to apply them to the management of patients—can be challenging. This conference coverage activity features audio soundbites highlighting late-breaking and important new and promising datasets presented at ASH 2021 in acute myeloid leukemia, chronic myeloid leukemia, acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma, and indolent and aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas. In this activity, Sandra Kurtin, PhD, ANP-C, AOCN provides expert perspectives and insights into the clinical application and implication of selected scientific abstracts and how the data may impact patient care.
