Target Audience

NPs and PAs in primary care

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Apply strategies for discussing sexual health and uptake of recommended HIV screening in all patients, especially in at-risk individuals

  • Identify current guidelines for use of PrEP in at-risk individuals

  • Evaluate evidence for current and emerging options for PrEP, including dosage forms and frequency of administration
