ASCO Genitourinary Cancers Symposium: A Focus on Prostate Cancer

The treatment landscape of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) is continually evolving. In this podcast, an advanced practice provider and a medical oncologist discuss recent trials from the ASCO GU Cancers Symposium and how they plan to incorporate these data into clinical practice. Topics include the role of PARP inhibitors in the first-line setting for mCRPC and continuation of enzalutamide after progression. Listeners can earn 0.50 credit hours.

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Identify recent practice-changing data in castration-resistant prostate cancer

  • Describe strategies for management and monitoring of patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer based on the most current efficacy and safety evidence
