Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Apply guideline-recommended CKD screenings to patients with T2D

  • Discuss the adverse cardiovascular outcomes associated with CKD in T2D

  • Identify patients who may benefit from nonsteroidal MRAs to improve renal and cardiovascular outcomes in T2D
