Finding the "One": Individualizing Diabetes Management with GLP-1 Receptor Agonists

Patient Simulation

Despite their robust glucose-lowering efficacy with weight loss, improved safety profile, and prominent place in the latest diabetes guidelines, glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RAs) are underutilized. In this activity, learners will use the Patient SimX virtual patient simulation platform to work through 2 different case scenarios to explore best practices in individualizing diabetes management, with feedback provided on each learner’s management skills.

Physician Assistants: maximum of 1.00 hours of AAPA Category 1 CME credits Registered Nurses: 1.00 Nursing contact hours, includes 1.00 hour of pharmacology credit
