Goal Statement
The goal of this program is to improve learners’ knowledge of and competence in optimizing OSA management as part of comprehensive care for patients with obesity. 

Target Audience
This program is intended for physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician associates who manage patients with obesity, including those in obesity medicine, endocrinology, and primary care specialties.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this event, participants should be able to:

  • Analyze the relationship and impact of comorbid obesity and OSA
  • Interpret recommended screening and diagnostic tests to inform OSA management
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with obesity and OSA to improve long-term cardiometabolic outcomes
