The goal of this educational program is to improve learners’ knowledge and competence regarding the management of children with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis.

Target Audience
This education is intended for pediatric dermatologists, dermatologists, pediatricians, allergist/immunologists, and nurse practitioners and physician associates who manage children with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Integrate patient-reported and caregiver-reported outcomes into diagnosis, disease severity assessment, and treatment advancement decisions for children with moderate to severe AD
  • Recognize pediatric candidates for available and emerging systemic therapies for moderate to severe AD
  • Collaborate with patients and caregivers to incorporate personal history, preferences, disease triggers, and goals into management plans
