    • Social history: reports being in an open relationship with his partner; has engaged in unprotected anal intercourse with several men in the past yr; denies any IV drug use  


    • Medications: FTC/TAF for HIV PrEP 



How often should you screen this patient for HCV?

Currently, for sexually active men who have sex with men who have been successfully treated for HCV, I test for HCV reinfection at least annually.
